摘要
爆裂性能是生球质量的一项重要指标,生球的爆裂率及爆裂温度对转底炉的稳定生产影响很大,而生球爆裂性能与其水分、粘结剂、原料粒度等因素有关。实验研究表明:控制水分在5%左右,添加0.6%膨润土,适当增加粗颗粒原料时,生球爆裂温度可达在900℃以上,完全满足转底炉工艺要求。
Rupture performance is an important index for green pellet quality, the rupture rate and rupture temperature of green pellets have great effect on stable production of rotary hearth furnace, whereas the rupture of green pellet has something to do with its moisture, bonding agent and raw material granularity. The results of the test study show that, if the moisture is controlled around 5% ,0. 6% bentonite is added and coarse raw materials are increased appropriately,the rupture temperature of green pellets can be above 900 ~C, which can fully meet the RHF process requirements.
