摘要
本文在分析长三角区域战略性新兴产业空间演化的基础上,运用耦合度模型对该区域战略性新兴产业与区域经济协调发展的整体情况和分空间情况进行研究,得出该产业与区域经济耦合促进作用非常明显、该产业仍然滞后于区域经济发展水平、区域经济各发展要素对该产业的贡献度不均衡、该产业发展资金投入不足等结论。最后,对长三角区域如何有效发展战略性新兴产业提出对策建议。
Strategic emerging industries are a new concept brought up in 2009 in China to tide over the inter- national financial crisis and to focus on long-term economic development strategy. Based on profound study of related Chinese and foreign literatures, this article points out that there aren't many researches carried out the study of the relationship between the development of strategic emerging industries and the development of economy via empirical research, and the empirical researches on the coordinated relationship between stra- tegic emerging industries within a specific region and the economic development are even rare. Based on above analysis, several conclusions will be drawn: firstly, coupled strategic emerging industries of Yangtze River Delta and its regional economy are promoting each other significantly; secondly, the current develop- ment of strategic emerging industries of Yangtze River Delta are still vastly below the level of its regional economy; thirdly, different economic developing elements of Yangtze River Delta are not contributing even- ly to the strategic emerging industries, which influences the coordinated development and the sustainable de- velopment of strategic emerging industries; fourthly, lack of fund is a crucial factor which affects the devel- opment of the strategic emerging industries of Yangtze River Delta; fifthly, with less consumption of materi- al resources, huge growth potential, and comprehensively great beneficial result, all these advantages have ensured that the prospect of strategic emerging industries is broad and cheerful, which deserves our attention, as well as taking effective measures to vigorously support them.
