摘要
本文就高校管理干部如何在高校贯彻全教会精神,在高校全面推进素质教育的问题上,论述了高校管理干部如何用《决定》精神来统一思想,对开展高等学校的素质教育的三个方面问题进行了探讨。并就实施高等学校素质教育需要进设一支高素质的教师队伍和高校管理干部队伍进行了阐述。
In order that the spirits of the National Education Conference is carried out and the education of qualities are improved on full scale in colleges and universities, the article expounds how the managerisl personel unfies the ideology on the basis of decisions. It probes into the problems to improve the education of qualities in colleges and universities. It expourds the maragerial that the managerial personel should be improved as well when the education of qualities is put into effect.
