摘要
以DN100,SCH160理想弯头为研究对象,利用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)编写了弯头在内压和弯矩联合作用的情况下弯头应力计算的命令流,分析了弯头在内压、轴向力、面弯矩联合作用下的应力分布,并比较了分析的应力分布结果。分析结果表明,轴向力对于弯头的影响主要通过弯矩的形式表现出来,面弯矩和轴向力对弯头应力的影响基本相似,内压、面弯矩、轴向力联合作用对弯头应力的影响大于单独载荷作用对弯头应力的影响。
Taking DN100 and SCH160 ideal elbow as the research object, using the ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) to write command stream of stress calculation under the combined effect of the inner pressure and the bending moment, analyzed stress distribution under the combined effect of the inner pressure, axial force and plane bending moment , and compared the stress distribution result. The analysis result indicated that the influence of axial force to elbow is mainly reflected in bending moment; the influences of plane bending moment and axial force to elbow stress are basic similar, and the influence of combined effect of inner pressure, plane bending moment, axial force on the elbow stress is greater than that of single loading.
