摘要
阐述了海尔模具转型升级的发展路线,通过对企业经营模式进行改革创新,努力打造平台型企业,建立模具企业的生态圈,实现资源共享,优势互补。同时,对业务进行升级,由传统的卖模具转为卖标准、卖数据、卖创新,注重提升模具的科技含量,从而推动模具行业整体竞争力的提升。
The development route of Haler Molds in transformation and upgrading was dis- cussed. Through the reform and innovation of the corporation business mode, Haler is mak- ing a platform type enterprise, establishing an ecosphere for the mould company and realiz- ing resource sharing and complementing advantages with each other. At the same time, the corporation's business was upgraded to sell standards, data and innovation instead of tradi- tional selling moulds only. The technological contents were promoted so as to elevate the whole competitiveness of mould industry.
