摘要
陶瓷广义地指无机非金属材料,它包括多晶(传统陶瓷),非晶态(玻璃)和单晶材料。激光问世之后,现代光学和光电子学获得较大发展,功能陶瓷也在这些领域中得到广泛的应用。本文评述了功能陶瓷在光学和光电子学中的最新应用,并报导一些新的实验结果。
Ceramics with wide meaning are inorganic non-metallic materials, including polycrystalline (traditional ceramics), amorphous (glasses) and single crystals. After emergence of lasers modern optics and optoelectronics have been greatly developed, and functional ceramics have also got wide application in those fields.In this paper new applications of functional ceramics in optics and optoelectronics have been reviewed and some recent experimental results have also been reported.
