摘要
本文用JEM-1200EX透射电镜观察了700℃时效处理的Ni36CrTiAl弹性合金的组织形态。试验结果表明:随着含A1量的增加,可使γ′相稳定,抑制了η相的析出,从而有利于提高合金的性能。当含A1量为0.32%时,合金中有大量的η相析出,使合金性能恶化。在晶内,γ′相呈球形或方块形弥散分布,η相大多呈针状平行排列。在晶界附近,γ′相呈胞状组织,也有η相胞状出现。
The microstructure of Ni36 Cr Ti Al elastic alloy aged at 700℃ has been studied by JEM-1200EX. γ'-phase is stabilized and η-phase transformation is restrained with the increase of Al content, thus it is useful to improve the properties of the alloy. with the decrease of Al Content, large amount of η-phase are precipitated. γ'-phase inside the grain is spherical or square in shape, it is the cell structare on the boundary of the grain. η-phase is mostly needle in shape inside the grain.
