摘要 肺纤维化是一种慢性弥漫性肺间质的炎症性疾病.主要以成纤维细胞增生和细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)沉积为主要病理特征,最终导致肺组织结构的异常重塑,呼吸衰竭而死亡。其发病率、死亡率逐年升高,但其发病机制至今仍不明确.涉及多信号通路调控及多因子相互作用过程。近年来研究发现.
