摘要
本文在100 nm BaTiO3粉体中加入0、0.2%、0.5%、1%、2%、5%Nb2O5,通过常规烧结来烧结得到致密的BaTiO3陶瓷,并对不同Nb2O5掺杂量的钛酸钡陶瓷的微观结构、密度和力学性能等方面的影响进行研究。结果表明:随着Nb2O5的加入量从0%增加到5%时,BaTiO3陶瓷的晶粒尺寸从558 nm减小到126 nm,而它的硬度和抗弯强度却从4.6 GPa和20 MPa升高到7.3 GPa和36 MPa。
Using 100 nm BaTiO3 powder as raw material, dense BaTiO3 ceramics with Nb205 content of 0, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 5% were prepared by conventional sintering method, and the effects of different Nb205 content on microstructure, density and mechanical properties of BaTiO3 ceramics were studied. The results showed that: with the addition of Nb2O5 increased from 0% to 5%, the grain size of BaTiO3 ceramics decreased from 558 nm to 126 nm, and its hardness and bending strength from 4.6 GPa and 20 MPa increased to 7.3 GPa and 36 MPa respectively.
