摘要
目的探索异位妊娠临床发病的基本情况,从发病相关因素入手,分析可行的预防措施,为妇产科生育健康提供一定保障。方法采用回顾性分析方式,对2008年8月—2013年8月来院就诊的异位妊娠患者120例和120例正常妊娠者进行临床对比分析。从正常妊娠和异位妊娠对比,以及异位妊娠发生的相关因素二个方面进行研究。结果比较二者在妇科炎症、节育器的放置、文化程度、紧急避孕药物使用和婚姻基本情况等方面的差异性。另外分析异位妊娠的部位,输卵管壶腹部的异位妊娠的发生的几率明显的高于其他部位,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在发病位置上左右输卵管差异无统计学意义。结论异位妊娠与正常妊娠相比主要是与盆腔炎、流产、宫内节育器造成的输卵管病理性改变具有明显相关性。其中盆腔炎、流产和异位妊娠是重要因素。从预防的角度看加强计划生育宣传,教育年轻人注意个人卫生、计划生育、积极的防治妇科病、塑造健康的生活方式,医务人员在剖宫产时严格掌握手术指征,促进无菌操作可以起到明显的效果。
Objective To explore the basic situation of clinical onset ectopic pregnancy, the factors re- lated to the occurrence, feasible preventive measures, and to provide a guarantee for obstetrics and reproductive health. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy and 120 cases of nor- mal pregnancy from August 2008 to August 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The relative factors of normal and ectopic pregnancy were investigated and recorded. Results There were the differences be- tween the patients with normal pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy in gynecological inflammation, the IUD placed, culture degree, usage of emergency contraception drug and the basic situation of mar- riage. The incidence of ampullary pregnancy was highest among ectopic pregnancy with the statistical- ly significant P^0.05, but the location of ectopic pregnancy between left and right fallopian tube was no statistically significant. Conclusions Pelvic inflammatory, abortion, IUD are mainly caused of ee- topic pregnancy. It will play an important role in prevention of ectopic pregnancy to strengthen family planning publicity, educate young people paying attention to personal health, prevent and treat gynae- cologic diseases, mould healthy lifestyle, guide doctor in strict cesarean section operation indications and aseptic operation.
