摘要
标准核查是测量过程控制最常用的方法,建立测量标准核查控制极限是标准核查最重要的环节,需要通过大量的测量并采用统计的方法获得.建立核查控制极限时,在完成m组重复测量的基础上,根据控制极限计算公式从m组测量数据中筛选出n组(m≥n)受控的数据,并利用这n组数据获得控制极限.数据筛选的过程非常繁琐,利用回溯法可以比较简单地实现控制极限测量数据的筛选.
Measurement standard verification is a common method in the measurement process control To establish the control limit is the key line of the measurement standard verification, it needs large num- bers of measurement and to gain the data through the statistics. When we establish the control limit based on the "m" group repeatedly measurement data, we must sift "n" group data from the "m" group data ac- cording to the computational formula to gain the control limit. Data sifting is a very cockamamie work tra- ditionally, we can make it simple relatively by the backtracking method for sifting the control limit's data.
