摘要 介绍了中国石油大港石化公司火炬气回收系统的工艺原理和工艺流程,针对原有火炬气回收利用中存在的火炬气中颗粒物污染胺液,影响胺液再生效果、气柜压缩机过滤器结晶堵塞、火炬气不能完全回收等问题进行了优化改进。优化改进后,气柜火炬气硫化氢体积分数由2 600 mL/m3降至10 mL/m3,氨体积分数由500 mL/m3降至5 mL/m3。改进后的火炬气回收系统流程设计合理、操作简单、运行平稳,从源头上解决了胺液污染问题,消除了气柜本体腐蚀、压缩机腐蚀、气阀堵塞等问题。保证了火炬气水洗、脱硫净化效果,年增效益可达2 934×104RMB$,实现了火炬气的完全回收与利用,环境效益和社会效益显著。 The process principles and process flow of flare gas recovery system in PetroChina Dagang Pet- roehemical Company were introduced. The existing problems, such as pollution of ammonia by particulates in the flare gas which affected the regeneration performance, the crystallization plugging of compressor filter of flare gas tank and incomplete recovery, etc were analyzed, and improvement measures have been taken. After improvements, the hydrogen sulfide of flare gas was reduced from 2 600 mL/m3 to 10 mL/m3, the ammonia was lowered from 500 mL/m3 to 5 mL/m3. The flare gas recovery system after improvement was appropriate in design and easy and smooth in operation. The problems such as ammonia pollution, gas tank corrosion, com- pressor corrosion, crystallization and plugging of ammonium salts have been completely solved. The water washing and desulfurization effects of flare gas were ensured, and the annual economic benefits was as high as 29.34 million Yuan (RMB). The flare gas has been completely recovered and utilized and both environmental and social benefits are remarkable.
