摘要
随着全球水产养殖业的迅猛发展,鱼类福利越来越受到关注,福利化养殖是未来水产养殖业发展的必然方向。然而,鱼类福利究竟是什么,如何在投喂、分池、宰杀、运输、饲养等生产环节中实现鱼类福利化,该如何评价鱼类福利对实现福利化水产养殖至关重要。本文旨在阐述鱼类福利学的概念、发展、相关法案、评价方法等方面的研究进展,促进水产养殖中鱼类福利学的研究,从而推动水产养殖业的健康可持续发展。
With the rapid development of the global aquaculture, fish welfare has received increasing attentions. Fish welfare will be crucial to aquaculture development in the future. What is the fish welfare？ How to achieve fish welfare during feeding, handling, slaughter, transport process？ How to assess overall fish welfare？ These questions are the key to implementation of fish welfare in aquaculture. This paper reviewed the conception of fish welfare, development of fish welfare, related legislations, and assessment methods. It aims to promote the study of fish welfare in aquaculture, so as to further healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture industry.
