摘要
采用单比色测温法,解决了焊缝温度的控制问题,通过对水膜透过率及光谱响应曲线的分析,采用0.8μm和0.gμp两种工作波长,通过变送器采集测温探头在焊缝处波长的辐射信号并进行光电转换放大,最后利用单片机进行PID调节,在设计过程中,注重了对误差的消除.本方案对于冶金、铸造、水泥等行业都有实用价值.
Uses single colorimetry to measure temperature, solves the question that control the temperature of welding. Analyses the light transmittance of water film and the response curve of spectrum, adops two wave length of 0.8μm and 0.9μm, collects the radiation signal of wave length in weld with transmitter and heat probe, then takes optoelectronic switching and magnifies the signal, finally, adjusts it with PID operation in single chip. In the process of design, pays attention to eliminate error. The design has been proved practically in many industries such as metallurgy, foundry and cement.
