摘要
在铁路工程建设中 ,了解工程数量、工程造价的变化规律 ,实现对工程造价的预测 ,对铁路建设事业具有十分重要意义。本系统在收集原有铁路工程数据资料的基础上 ,建成了工程造价数据管理系统 ,实现了对工程造价数据资料的现代化管理 ;通过分析系统对工程数量、工程造价的相互影响因素进行分析 ,找出了工程数量、工程造价的主要影响因素 ;最后 ,通过建立工程造价估测系统实现了对新建铁路工程造价的估测。
During construction of railway engineering project, it is required to understand the volume of the engineering, the law of fluctuation of the cost of engineering, so as to implement the forecast of the cost of engineering project, having very important meanings for the course of railway construction. Based on the data informations collected from the existing railway constructions, a data management system for the cost of railway engineering has been established to implement the modernized management of these data imformations. The interacting factors between the volume of engineering and the cost of engineering are analyzed by the analysis system, and the main influence factors are obtained. Finally, the evaluation system for the cost of engineering has been established to implement the forecast of the cost of engineering for the newly built railways.
