摘要
本文分析了建国以来新疆铁路运输的发展和现状 ,以及目前存在的问题和与内地铁路运输的差距。针对 2 1世纪新疆铁路运输面临的社会经济形势 ,提出 2 1世纪新疆铁路运输发展的战略目标 ,分为 2 0 0 5、2 0 15、2 0 30年三个步骤 。
The paper analyzes the development of the Xinjiang railway transport since the founding of the People's Republic of China and its present situation,as well as the recent existing problems and the differences in railway traffic compared with the inner parts of our country.In accordance with the social economic circumstances faced by the Xinjiang railway transport,its development strategy in 21st Century has been proposed and devided into three stages:i.e.2005,2015 and 2030.The corresponding developing plans and countermeasures are also suggested.
