摘要
目的 对人毛发是否存在多肽生殖素进行研究 ,并探讨建立用人毛发代替人血清测定多肽生殖激素的方法。方法 用 p H- 7.2~ 7.4的磷酸缓冲液从人毛发中抽提出多肽生殖激素 ,并用常规的放射免疫方法测定。结果 人毛发中存在有黄体生成素 (L H) ,泌乳素 (PRL ) ;洗发剂洗发对人毛发中多肽生殖激素水平无影响 ;人毛发部位 (根、中、梢段 )对人毛发多肽激素水平无影响 ;自身对照的人毛发与人血清中同种多肽激素呈高度显著性相关 ;r(L H) =0 .5 87(n=2 9) P<0 .0 0 1;r(PRL ) =0 .46 7(n=33) ,P<0 .0 0 5。结论 人毛发中存在有多肽生殖激素 (L H,PRL )用人毛发代替人血清测定多肽生殖激素是可行的。
Objective The authors investigated whether polypeptide hormones are measurable in human hair and tried to build a method of using human hair to replace serum for determination of polypeptide hormones.Methods Polypeptide hormones were extracted by pH 7.2~7.4 phosphate buffer solution and assayed by the current RIA of DPC instruction.Results [WT5”BZ]In this study,the actual presence of polypeptide hormones(LH,PRL) in human hair was evidenced;the polypeptide hormones value of hair after washing with shampoos were not affected;the polypeptide hormones value of different segments of the hair (top,middle and basal) did not significantly vary;There were highly significant correlations between hair polypeptide hormones and serum polypeptide hormones of healthy human adults:r(LH)=0.587(n=29);r(PRL)=0.467(n=33),P<0.005.Conclusion Polypeptide hormones(LH,PRL)exist in human hair.It is feasible to use human hair as an alternative specimen for determination of polypeptide hormones.
