摘要
目的：探讨三踝骨折行内固定或石膏外固定治疗的疗效。方法：回顾分析收治的53例三踝骨折，采用后外侧及内侧联合入路结合可吸收骨折内固定螺钉、接骨板治疗，了解骨折愈合时间及疗效。结果：获随访12~22周，平均17周，骨折愈合时间平均4个月，优良率为88.7％。结论：后外侧及内侧联合入路结合可吸收骨折内固定螺钉、接骨板治疗三踝骨折疗效好。
Objective：To discuss the curative effect of fixed or plaster external fixation in the treatment of three ankle fractures.Method：To retrospective analysis of 53 cases with fracture of three ankle,which were treated with the posterior-lateral and medial joint approach combined with absorbable screw fracture internal fixation and bone plate.To know fracture healing time and curative effect.Result：This was followed up for 12-22 weeks,an average of 17 weeks,the average fracture healing time was 4 months,the excellent 88.7%.Conclusion：The curative effect of posterior-lateral and medial joint approach combined with absorbable screw fracture internal fixation bone plate in treatment of three ankle fractures is good.
