妇产科急诊患者心理问题分析及护理对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨和分析妇产科急诊患者产生心理问题以及护理对策。方法:对笔者所在医院收治的400例妇产科急诊患者实行问卷调查法、交谈法以及自然观察法等手段对其心理问题进行评估,并对其心理问题形成的原因进行分析,制定恰当的护理措施。结果:不同疾病的妇产科急诊患者产生的心理状况不同,通过积极护理,心理状况均好转。结论:一般妇产科急诊患者具有较严重的心理负担,对此,护理人员应进行密切的观察,并对其进行心理疏导,尽量减少患者的不良情绪,有助于顺利的进行医疗护理工作,有助于患者的康复。 Objective:To discussion and analysis of psychological problems and the implementation of specific nursing countermeasures for gynecology and obstetrics emergency patients.Method:400 cases of emergency department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital used questionnaire investigation,interview method and observation method to evaluate the psychological problems,and to analyze the causes of the formation of their psychological problems and develop appropriate nursing measures.Result:Patients with different diseases of emergency department of gynecology and obstetrics produced different psychological status.The psychological problems were all improved after appropriate nursing measures.Conclusion:General obstetrics emergency patients have more serious psychological burden,the nursing staff should be closely observed,and psychological counseling,as far as possible to reduce the patient’s bad mood,work on medical care helps to smooth,can help rehabilitation of patients.
