摘要
目的:对B超监视妇科手术仪在高危人工流产术中的应用价值进行探讨。方法:选用笔者所在医院2012年1-12月到门诊部主动要求终止妊娠的高危孕妇164例,进行血常规、阴道分泌物涂片等一些常规身体检查和辅助检查,并根据入院就诊顺序平均分成观察组和对照组,观察组患者在流产术中应用了B超监视妇科手术仪,对照组患者则未使用,观察和比较两组患者的预后效果。结果:观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间以及术后出血时间均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用B超监视妇科手术仪行高危人工流产对患者身体伤害小,提高手术成功率,值得临床进一步推广并应用。
Objective：To investigate the application value of B ultrasound monitoring gynecological operation instrument in high risk pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion.Method：164 cases of high risk pregnant women which requested termination of pregnancy were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 in the outpatient department,the patients checked the blood,vaginal secretion smear some routine physical examination and auxiliary examination,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of coming to hospital,the patients in observation group were applied in induced abortion B ultrasound monitoring operation device,patients in the control group did not using,efficacy and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Result：Patients with intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and bleeding time after operation were lower than the control group, there was significant difference in two groups of patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using B ultrasound monitoring gynecological operation instrument for high-risk abortion on patients with physical harm,improve the success rate of operation,it is worthy of further promotion and application.
