摘要
目的：探讨小儿嵌顿疝手术治疗后的整体护理措施.方法：将2010～2012年在我院接受手术治疗小儿嵌顿疝的100例患儿随机分为两组,每组50例.术后分别接受常规护理和整体护理,将患儿康复结果作为指标进行统计学分析.结果：接受整体护理的患儿的康复状况要好于常规护理的患儿.结论：应积极推行小儿嵌顿疝手术后的整体护理,确保患儿的身体健康.手术后护士应全面掌握病情,做好家长心理护理,严密观察有无并发症发生是小儿腹股沟嵌顿疝术后的护理重点.
Objective： To investigate the integral nursing measures after the surgical treatment of incarcer- ated hernia. Methods： We randomly divided 100 cases with the treatment of pediatric incarcerated hernia in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 into two groups, each group of 50 people. Each group was given routine postopera- tive nursing and holistic nursing respectively. The results of children＇s rehabilitation were analyzed statistically as indicators. Results： The recoveries of those who accept the whole nursing are better than those with conven- tional nursing care. Conclusion： We should actively promote pediatric incarcerated hernia of holistic nursing af- ter the operation, so as to ensure the patients＇ health. After surgery, the nurse should fully grasp the illness, completes the parents psychological nursing. Close observation for complications is a key point for post--opera- tive pediatric inguinal incarcerated hernia.
