手术室低年资护士应用床边综合能力培训的效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察手术室低年资护士实施床边综合能力培训的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法,将16名低年资护士分为观察组8人和对照组8人,观察组采用每月一次床边综合能力培训,对照组每月2次理论培训。培训9个月后采用自编问卷对2组护士进行培训前后工作能力的自我评价、同事满意度调查及理论技能考核。结果:观察组在主动学习能力、患者安全管理等5个方面的自我评价均高于对照组(P<0.05);同事满意度调查评分手术配合质量、工作整体性、突发事件处理、危重抢救配合方面高于对照组(P<0.05);理论技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:床边综合能力培训能有效提高护士应急能力和主动学习能力、评判性思维能力和沟通能力,提高科室带教水平。 [ Objective] To observe the effect of bedside comprehensive ability a'aining for junior nurses in operation room. [Method] 16 junior nurses were divided into the observation group (8 cases) and the control group (8 cases) randomly. Cases in observation group were treated with bedside comprehensive ability training monthly, while the ones in the other group accept- ed theory training two times a month. Self evaluation, colleagues' satisfaction survey and theoretical- skills assessment of the two groups before and after the training were collected with a self - designed questionnaire 9 months later. [ Result] In the ob- servation group, self evaluation in all 5 aspects as the patients' safety management, the active learning ability ,and so on, were higher than those in the control group, ( P 〈 0.05); Similarly, colleagues' satisfaction survey scores in aspects as operation cooperative quality , work integrity, emergency treatment, cooperative rescuing in severe cases , were also higher than those in the control group,( P 〈0.05). What's more, theoretical skills assessment scores in observation group were also higher than those in control one, ( P 〈 0.05) ; [Conclusion] Comprehensive ability training can effectively improve the ability of emergen- cy treatment, active learning, critical thinking and communications of nurses. It also can improve the department of teaching levels.
