摘要
采用医院信息化管理系统,改进工作流程,简化患者就诊手续,减少雾化治疗中多余的环节,提高门诊雾化中心护理水平,为患者提供高效安全的服务,使患者就诊、缴费、取药、核对登记所有信息都录入就诊卡,实现"一卡通"服务,实现患者医院"双赢"。
[Objective]To reduce redundant links during aerosol care and provide high-efficient and secure service to patients. [Method] With information management system, we improved working process, simplified procedures of patient' s medical treatment, made "One card" service reality. [ Result ] All patient's infonration including remedy, payment, mexlicine taking were recorded in medical card. [Conclusion]Both patients and hospital will achieve the win- win results after practicing infor- mation management.
