摘要
目的:探讨90后临床护士离职意愿的现状及影响因素。方法:采用离职意愿量表对杭州市6家三级综合性医院共211名90后临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:90后临床护士的离职意愿平均得分为2.69±0.48,受护士的学历、用工性质及月总收入影响。结论:90后临床护士的离职意愿处于较高水平,护理管理者应采取有效针对性措施,降低90后临床护士的离职意愿,稳定护理队伍。
[ Objective] To know the status and influencing factors on the turnover intention in clinical nurses born in 1990s. [ Method] Totally 211 clinic nurses born in 1990s from 6 comprehensive third rate hospitals of Hangzhou were recruited by con- venient sampling method and investigated by questionnaires about turnover intention. [ Result] The clinic nurses born in 1990s turnover intention score was 2.69 ± 0.48, which was correlated to the education, work characteristics and salaries (P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The turnover intention in clinical nurses born in 1990s is in high level. Hospital managers should take some effec- five interventions to reduce the rate of turnover intention to stab'dize nursing team born in 1990s.
