摘要
在全球绿色环保需求不断升温的背景下,如何解决民航运输业的高耗能、高排放问题已备受瞩目。建立一个科学有效的绿色机场评价指标体系与评价方法,对绿色机场的推广与实施起着至关重要的作用。阐述了构建绿色机场的重要性;从综合建筑与管理两个方面,提出绿色机场的指标评价体系构建原则与思路,并分析绿色机场环保、节约、科技和人性化4个基本内涵,在已有的国内外绿色建筑评价体系研究基础上,构建了绿色机场建筑方面的评价指标体系;依据5R绿色管理的基本原则,从管理的规章制度与服务两方面建立详细的评价指标体系,并以专家评分表为基础,使用网络层次分析法(ANP)建立模型,利用SD超级决策软件确定指标权重值。
Under the background of the increasingly heated global demand for environment protection, how to resolve the high energy consumption and emission of civil aviation industry has been highly anticipated. Green airport is involved in the realm of deeper level of sustainable development, to develop green airport is of great urgency. Starting with the principles and ideas of the green airport index evaluation system from both the construction and management, the four basic connotations of green airport are analyzed： environmental protection, conservation, technology and humanity. On the basis of the existing domestic and international green building assessment system, the evaluation index system of the green airport construction is constructed; a detailed evaluation index system is established from management regulations and services on the basic principle of the ＇SR＇ green management, and on the basis of expert score sheet, using the ANP（analytic network process） model and the software of super decision （＇SD＇ model） the index weight is concluded.
