Exergy analysis of gas turbine engine

摘要 应用分析方法分别对单轴涡喷发动机、涡轮风扇发动机以及采用中冷回热技术后的涡扇发动机进行了全面的分析。结果表明,单喷和涡扇发动机的尾流损是航空发动机整体损中的最大组成部分,而航空发动机的第二大损发生在燃烧室,对涡扇发动机引入中冷回热技术后,可以有效提高发动机的整体利用率,减少尾流中的损失。 In order to find out the exergy loss of aero-engines, and to reveal the weakest chain of the exergy utilization, this article analyzes the exergy efficiency of single-spool turbo engine, turbofan engine and the intercooled and recuperated turbofan engine. The calculation results prove that the exergy loss during the wake equilibration process is the largest part of the exergy loss, which is more than one third of the overall exergy. The second largest part of the exergy loss is in the combustion chamber. When the intercooled and recuperated components are applied, the entire exergy efficiency can be better, what's more, the exergy loss during the wake equilibration process is significantly reduced. By analyzing the exergy efficiency of different types of aero-engines, this article will contribute to the design and improvement of the future aero-engines.
