摘要
对实验室实施绩效评价,有利于促进实验室的建设与发展。针对实验室评价指标量值的特点,利用改进的熵值法确定指标权重,建立起模糊物元实验室绩效评价模型。运用该模型进行实例分析,并将分析结果与其他方法对比,结果表明:利用模糊物元模型对实验室绩效进行评价,具有可靠性和实用性,为实验室绩效评价提供了新的参考方法。
Laboratory performance evaluation would be helpful to promote the construction and development of the laboratory. According to the characteristics of laboratory evaluation index value, to determine the index weight, by using improved information entropy meth- od, established the fuzzy matter-element method of performance evaluation of laboratory. This model of evaluation is applied to case a- nalysis, and compared the result with other methods shows that ： the use of fuzzy matter-element model for evaluation of laboratory per- formance, is reliability and practicability, provides a reference method for laboratory performance evaluation.
