摘要
高校房产资源管理是固定资产管理的重要组成部分,文中分析了高校房产资源管理中存在的问题。以开发建设公用房管理信息化系统为契机,通过实践应用与操作,探讨了规范管理工作流程,对实现房产数据资源共享,提升管理水平与工作效率提出了一些建议。
Common premises is an important part of the fixed asset management in university, this paper analyzes the problems of the common premises management. Taking the development of commonpremises system as an opportunity, through the practical application and operation, we discuss the discuss the workflow of regulating management, the sharing of the common premises data, the improve- ment of the management level and work efficiency. Based on the above mentioned aspects, we put forward some suggestion.
