摘要
针对当前企业对高素质工程技术人才的需求和部分高职高专院校实验教学的现状,阐述了进行实验教学改革的必要性。以河南机电高等专科学校自动控制实验教学改革的实践为基础,以新时期创新性、实践性人才培养为目标,探究了实验教学理念与改革思路等方面的问题,并提出了一些有益的实验教学新举措。实践证明,新的实验教学模式更能激发学生学习的主动性和创新性,能更好地为创新实践型人才培养奠定坚实的基础。
In view of the demand for high-quality engineering technical personnel and the status of experimental teaching for some voca- tional colleges, the necessity of experimental teaching reform were expound. Taking the experimental teaching reform of our system as the basis and the practice of innovation talents training as the target, we explored the experimental teaching reform and problems, as well as put forward some useful new experiment teaching method. Practice has proved, the new mode of experimental teaching can in- spire the students＇ initiative and creativity, it is better for the practice of innovation talents cultivation.
