摘要
根据《仪器分析》实验课程的实际情况,探讨了用气质联用仪外标法进行定量分析的实验教学。介绍了气质联用仪的工作原理和基本构造等相关知识。通过该实验课程的学习,使学生掌握气质联用仪的基本操作,总结各种定量计算方法,学会特征离子的选择技巧,从而提高学生对实验的学习兴趣,锻炼学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。
According to the present situation of instrumental analysis experimental course, the quantitative analysis on gas chromatogra- phy/mass spectrometer （GC/MS） by external standard method was disscussed in this paper. It also introduced the working principle and the major components of GC/MS. Through this experiment, students could master the operation approach, summarize a variety of quantitative analysis methods, and learn the skill of selecting characteristic ions. In addition, this experiment had also improved the students＇ learning interest and developed the students＇ ability to analyze and solve problems.
