摘要
目的 探讨社区家庭医生服务模式预防婴儿营养性贫血的效果.方法采用便利抽样方法抽取深圳市某社区2012年7月～2013年6月期间120例怀孕8个月以上孕妇和分娩后0～6个月产妇及婴儿为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组孕产妇及婴儿给予常规门诊随访,实验组则接受社区家庭医生服务,为家庭医生签约家庭,比较两组婴儿营养性贫血发生情况.结果实验组婴儿营养性贫血发生率明显低于对照组婴儿,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论社区家庭医生服务模式能够明显减少婴儿营养性贫血发生,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the efficacy of community family doctor service pattern on prevention of nutritional anemia in infants. Methods All 120 cases of parturients with pregnancy over 8 months and parturients and their babies of 0 to 6 months old in Shenzhen community from Jul 2012 to Jun 2013 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling. The research objects were assigned to the control group and the experimental group by random number table method. Parturients and babies in the control group were given routine follow up and the experimental group received services from community family doctors. The incidence of nutritional anemia in infants was compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had significantly lower incidence of nutritional anemia in infants than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The community family doctor service pattern can significantly reduce the occurrence of nutritional anemia in infants, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
