摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在提高老年干部病房护理服务质量中的应用效果。方法选取浙江省柯城区人民医院老年干部病房接受住院治疗的120例患者为研究对象,对比采用PDCA循环管理前后的护理人员对护理知识的掌握情况和患者对我科室护理满意情况。结果对比应用PDCA循环管理前、应用PDCA循环管理后护理人员护理理论知识得分由(72.38±8.21)分提高到(81.72±6.92)分,护理操作知识得分由(69.48±7.45)分提高到(86.32±5.71)分,患者对护理工作的满意度由41.67%提高到68.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理能够有效提高老年干部病房护理服务质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect on the nursing service quality by PDCA cycle management in the department of elderly cadre ward. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who were treated in the department of elderly cadre ward of people＇s hospital of Kecheng district in Zhejiang province from January 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the research objects.They were selected respectively from before and after the PDCA cycle management（sixty patients）, nursing knowledge of nursing staff and patient care satisfaction were compared. Results Nursing theory knowledge score increased from （72.38±8.21） to （81.72±6.92） by implementation of the PDCA cycle management, nursing personnel operating knowledge score increased from （69.48±7.45） to （86.32±5.71 ） by implementati.on of the PDCA cycle management,the patients＇ families satisfaction increased from 41.67% to 68.33% by implementation of the PDCA cycle management. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management can improve the quality of elderly cadre ward nursing service, it is worthy of further promotion.
