摘要
目的观察特定护理干预对脑出血康复期患者抑郁情绪及对血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)和皮质醇(Cor)的影响,关注其意义。方法选取240例脑出血康复期患者,依据随机原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施专科护理常规,观察组在此基础上实施心理护理干预,应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组的抑郁评分,观察两组干预前、后血清中CRP、Cor的表达。结果观察组干预后抑郁评分的下降值明显高于对照组,观察组干预后血清中CRP和Cor变化的下降值明显高于对照组。观察组对护理的满意率明显高于对照组。结论脑出血康复期患者积极应用特定护理干预,可以有效地缓解抑郁情绪,同时可以有效降低血清中与抑郁相关的CRP和Cor的表达,有效提高疗效,患者满意率高,临床中可以积极应用。
Objective To investigate the depression scores and expressions of CRP and Cor in cerebral hemorrhage with depression mood by special nursing intervention, analyzd the clinical value. Methods All 240 cerebral hemorrhage with depression mood were divided into observation group and control group. The control group were applied by routine nursing methods, the observation group were treated with special psychological nursing intervention. The depression scores were analyzed by SDS questionnaire. The CRP and Cor expression were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results The decreased value of depression score were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The decreased value of CRP and Cor were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion The specific nursing intervention can improve the depression emotion, decrease the expression of CRP and Cor in cerebral hemorrhage with depression mood, is worthy to be applied in the clinical.
