摘要
探讨医院传染病疫情报告的全过程管理,主要包括传统纸质报告卡的缺陷和信息化的优点,疫情报告系统的结构和更新机制、反馈和培训机制、激励机制等。提高疫情报告全过程管理能够规范医院传染病报告,杜绝报告中出现的迟报、漏报现象,可显著提升疫情报告质量。
Total process management for the reporting of infectious disease in hospital was discussed, mainly including the disadvantage of reporting in papers and advantaged in software, structures and update methods and process for feedback and training and incentive. It is suggested that total process management should promote and improve the quality of reporting of epidemic situation and standardize the reporting of infectious diseases and prevent the late and underreported.
