摘要
目的探讨综合性心理护理对肝硬化患者肝功能、心理健康状况、遵医行为和生存质量的影响。方法 80例肝硬化随机分为常规护理组和心理护理组,分别予以常规护理干预和综合性心理护理8周。结果干预8周后,两组肝功能(ALT、AST)、SAS和SDS评分均明显下降,且心理护理组下降更明显;心理护理组按时服药、定期复查、合理饮食、戒烟戒酒、规律作息遵医率均明显优于常规护理组;两组生存质量评分均明显上升,且心理护理组上升更明显(P<0.05)。结论综合性心理护理能明显改善肝硬化患者的肝功能,改善心理健康状况,提高遵医行为,提高生存质量。
Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive psychological nursing on liver function, psychological health status, treatment compliance and living quality of patients with cirrhosis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with cirrhosis were divided into psychological nursing group and routine nursing group at random. The patients in routine group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in psychological group were given comprehensive nursing for 8 weeks. The changes of health status, treatment compliance and living quality of patients in two groups before and after medical treatment were observed. Results After 8 weeks＇ intervention, liver function （ALT, AST）, SAS and SDS scores of patients in two groups obviously declined, and the declining rate in psychological nursing group was much higher than that in routine nursing group. The treatment compliances of taking the medicine on time, having the periodic review, having the reasonable diet, abstaining from tobacco and drink, having the regular schedule of patients in psychological nursing group were much better than those in routine nursing group. Meanwhile, the scores of living quality of patients in two groups obviously rose, and the rising rate in psychological nursing group was much higher than that in routine nursing group. Conclusion The comprehensive psychological nursing can improve the liver function, develop the psychological health status and the treatment compliance of patients, enhance the compliance of treatment nursing and living quality of patients.
