光纤型CO_2激光在2例鞍区巨大脑膜瘤手术中的应用体会

摘要 激光技术自1961年由美国科学家应用于临床治疗以来,取得飞速发展,现已在国内外广泛应用于临床疾病的诊断、治疗及基础理论研究等医学领域[1].1966年,Rosomoff和Carroll[2]首次使用红宝石激光切除颅内肿瘤.1976-07 Ascher等[3]首次使用CO2激光完整切除颅内肿瘤.近40年激光技术的发展,医用激光刀在实践中已充分体现了优越性.目前,我院将科医人Acupulse 40 WG光纤型CO2激光应用于鞍区巨大脑膜瘤的手术中,经临床观察手术完整切除率高,术后并发症少,疗效满意,现报告如下.
