摘要
目的探讨我院神经外科患者颅脑术后并发手术部位感染的抗菌药物应用情况。方法选取2001-01-2012-10我院神经外科患者颅脑术后并发手术部位感染的病例128例,分析其抗菌药物的应用情况。结果抗菌药物的使用共涉及11类16种。联合用药方案15种,其中二联方案13种,涉及15种抗菌药物。结论我院神经外科患者颅脑术后并发手术部位感染的抗菌药物应用存在诸多不合理现象,应提出针对性的解决方案,以促进药物的合理应用。
Objective To investigate the application of antibacterials in patients with neurosurgical site infection after cra- n[otomy. Methods 128 patients with neurosurgical site infection after craniotomy from 2001 Janeury to 2012 October ~vere se- lected and the application of antibacterials in these patients were analyzed. Results The kinds of antibacterials involved in our investigation were altogether 11 sorts and 16 species ,the kinds of antibacterials related to drug combination were 15 species , of which two drugs combination were 13 species, involving 15 antibiotics. Conclusion The application of antibacterials in pa- tients with neurosurgical site infection after craniotomy of our hospital is not reasonable enough. Proposals should he made to promote the reasonable application of antibacterials.
