摘要
目的探讨奥扎格雷钠联合灯盏花素注射液对急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平的影响。方法选择我院急性脑梗死患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组。2组均给予常规治疗,观察组同时给予奥扎格雷钠联合灯盏花素注射液治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后血浆溶血磷脂酸水平。结果观察组总有效率为95.2%,对照组为78.5%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血浆溶血磷脂酸水平与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合灯盏花素注射液能够降低急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平,提高治疗效果,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with breviscapine injection on plasma level of lyso- phosphatidic acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 84 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The conventional treatment was given to two groups, the ozagrel sodium combined with breviscapine injection was used to observation group,and levels of plasma lysophosphatidic acid was observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.2%, and was significantly higher than that in the control group （78.5%） （P〈0.05）. The level of plasma lysophosphatidic acid in the observation group after treatment was significantly different with those in the control group after treatment （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with breviscapine injection can decrease the plasma level of lysophosphatidic acid in pa- tients with acute cerebral infarction, and improve the therapeutic effect.
