运用红外偏振光治疗神经性头痛95例临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的运用红外偏振光照射星状神经节治疗神经性头痛的疗效分析。方法按照入选标准选取并严格筛选95例神经性头痛患者均行红外偏振光照射治疗,通过照射星状神经节20min/d,共治疗10d,治疗前后均进行疗效评定和VAS评分,比较治疗前后疗效及VAS评分,并进行统计学分析。结果 95例患者中,痊愈23例,显效37例,好转30例,无效5例,总有效率为94.74%。治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前VAS评分,治疗前后VAS评分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用红外偏振光照射星状神经节可有效治疗神经性头痛。 Objective To analyze the curative effects of linear-polarized-light on patients with nervous headache by irradia- ting the ganglion stellare by the linear-polarized-light, Methods 95 patients with nervous headache were treated by the lineal'- polarized-light for 10 days(20 rain/d). All the patients were taken to be evaluated by VAS before and after treatment, and theh the statistical analysis was taken. Results 23 patients were cured, 37 patients were markedly effective, 30 patients improved, and 5 patients failed. The effective rate was 94.74% . The VAS scores after treatment were obviously lower than those befo/:e treatment. Conclusion It can effectively treat the patients with nervous headache by using linear-polarized-light to irradiate the ganglion stellare.
