地佐辛用于术后硬膜外镇痛的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察地佐辛用于术后硬膜外镇痛的临床效果。方法 D组镇痛泵配方地佐辛0.3mg/kg+1%罗哌卡因100mg+地塞米松5mg+生理盐水至100mL,F组芬太尼3μg/kg+1%罗哌卡因100mg+地塞米松5mg+生理盐水至100mL。镇痛泵参数:持续输注2mL/h,PCA量0.5mL/次,锁定时间15min。记录术后3h、6h、9h、12h、24h、36h各个时间点的VAS、Ramsay、BCS评分及恶心呕吐、尿潴留、皮肤瘙痒、呼吸抑制等不良反应的发生情况。结果 2组各个时间点VAS、Ramsay比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组舒适度评分D组高于F组,F组不良反应发生率高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛可安全有效的用于术后硬膜外镇痛,且不良反应少。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of dezocine on postoperative epidural analgesia. Methods 60 patients with Epidural analgesia were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. In group D,analgesia pump formula consisted of dezocine 0.3mg/kg+1 % ropivacaine 100mg+dexamethasone 5rag--physiological saline to100ml, while Group F of fentanyl 3μg/kg + 1% ropivacainel00mg + dexamethasone5mg-- physiological saline to 100ml. Analgesia pump parameters : Continuous infusion of 2ml/h, PCA 0. 5ml/ ,lockout time 15min. VAS , Ramsay , BCS scores and adverse reaction of nausea and vomiting,urinary retention,itchy skin, respiratory depression and other conditions at 3h, 6h, 9h, 12h, 24h, 36h after operation were recorded. Results VAS,Ramsay of two groups at each time point,had no significant difference (P〉0.05),while com- fortable score of D group was significantly higher than that of F group,and the incidence of side effect of F group was signifi- cantly higher than that of D group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Dezocine is safe and effective for treating postoperative epidural anal- gesia,and has less adverse yeaction.
