摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线疗法对变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-4、IFN-γ的影响。探讨该疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的科学性和可行性。方法:将80例变应性鼻炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗;对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,分别观察两组患者治疗前后的血清IL-4、IFN-γ的变化,并评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,治疗组血清IL-4含量低于对照组,IFN-γ含量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗变应性鼻炎有较好疗效,可通过调节IL-4、IFN-γ含量的变化能控制变应性鼻炎的发作。
Objective： To observe the influence of catgut imbedding on IL-4 and IFN-γ level in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods： The 80 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups with 40 in each. Catgut imbedding was used in treatment group while Loratadine in control group. Clinical effect as well as the changes of IL-4 and IFN-γ, level in the two groups was observed. Results： The effect rate was 90.0% and 70.0% respectively in treatment and control group, and the efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.01）; After the treatment, the IL-4 level in the treatment group and was lower than control group, and IFN-γ level was than control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Catgut imbedding can control the onset of allergic rhinitis by regulating the IL-4 and IFN-γ level in blood.
