摘要
目的:观察益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型弥漫性轴索损伤急性期患者的临床疗效以及对血清VEGF、FLK-1含量的影响,探讨益气活血方促血管新生的作用机理。方法:将60例本病患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组29例。对照组按西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气活血方,治疗1个疗程(2周)后,观察治疗前后中医临床证候积分及血清VEGF和FLK-1含量的变化,分析评价疗效。结果:在提高临床疗效、改善中医证候、提高患者格拉斯哥预后评分、提高患者血清VEGF、FLK-1含量方面,治疗组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05)。结论:益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型弥漫性轴索损伤急性期疗效显著,能够有效提高患者生活质量,改善预后,增加血液VEGF、FLK-1水平,提示促进血管新生可能是益气活血方疗效的作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects on patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis formula on a- cute diffuse axonal injury and the effects on VEGF FLK-1 contents in serum and explore the mechanisms of qi deficiency and blood stasis formula on angiogenesis. Methods: The 60 patients ,sere randomly divided into treatment control group, re- spectively 31 and 29 cases in each. Patients were administered with qi deficiency and blood stasis formula plus routine west- ern medicine treatment, in treatment group, while routine western medicine treatment in control group. The treating course was two weeks. The changes of neurological function loss integral number, life quality integral number, Chinese medicine symptom integral number, VEGF and FLK-1 contents in serum were observed. And curative effect was analyzed and evaluated. Results: The treatment group showed better improvement than the control group (P〈0.05), on chnical efficacy, Chinese medicine symptom, Glasgow outcome scale and change of VEGF and FLK-1. Conclusion: Qi deficiency and blood stasis formula provide obvious effect for acute cerebral infarction, improve quality of patients, increase VEGF and FLK-1 in blood and prompt that promoting angiogenesis was probably one of mechanisms about improving cerebral infarction effects of qi deficiency and blood stasis formula.
