摘要
自仲景后汗法从理论到临床的运用都得到了长足的发展,但也出现了许多分歧和争论,如伤寒学派与温病学派崇尚辛温与崇尚辛凉之争。因此厘清仲景后历代医家对"汗法"的认识为清晰汗法的内涵和外延有重要的理论指导意义。
Since the ZHANG Zhong-jing dynasties, the theory and clinical application diaphoresis method has been considerable development, but there are many differences and disputes. The argument on pungent- warm and pungent-cool between the school of Cold - induced Febrile Diseases and school of seasonal febrile disease. It is of important theoretical significance to clarify the understanding on diaphoresis in TCM after ZHANG Zhong-jing dynasties, in order to distinct the connotation and extension of diaphoresis.
