摘要
应用社会保障水平及其适度水平测定模型,对2010年安徽农村养老保险水平、新型合作医疗水平和最低生活保障水平进行定量分析发现,安徽农村社会保障水平偏低,应在此基础上采取相应的对策。
Applying a measurement model of social security level and its moderate level, the author made a quantitative analysis of rural endowment insurance, the new cooperative medical service and the lowest life guar- antee level of Anhui in 2010. The result of the study shows that in reality, the social security in rural areas in Anhui province is too low and further perfection of the system is in urgent need to solve the problem.
