摘要
目的建立简便、准确定量评价可逆动力学拆分反应对映选择性的方法。 方法从理论上研究可逆动力学拆分过程中转化率c与平衡常数K的定量关系 ,再进一步计算对映异构率E ,并设计实验模型分析其对映选择性验证。 结果实验得到的结果与理论推导计算的结果一致。 结论建立的新方法为酶动力学拆分反应的深入研究和广泛应用提供了快速便利的手段。
Objective To develop a simple and practical method for evaluation of the enantio selectivity of reversible kinetic resolution. Methods Studying the rule of the change in the extent of conversion (c) and equilibrium constant (K), then calculate the enantiomeric ratio (E) during reversible kinetic resolutions. Then analyse the enantioselectivity of enzyme-catalyzed reactions to validate the approach. Results Both experimental and theoretical results of the new approach are quite identical. Conclusion The approach may provide a simple way for enzyme catalytic resolutions both in research and in manufacture, meanwhile it develops a new field in research of kinetic resolution.
