摘要
由于金融领域中的"两个脱离"问题很严重,市场上优秀人才千金难求,而泛泛之辈却供给过剩。产业金融的模式创新不仅有助于推动产融结合,而且还能够引领金融人才培养模式从理论型转变为以实践操作为导向的复合型。为了帮助产业金融市场早日完成项目运作所需的人力资本积累,特推出四个可供选择的实践操作项目范例:寻找投资目标的项目设计、银行客户资信调查的项目设计、IPO审核操作的项目设计、产业金融模式创新效率评价的项目设计。这些项目不仅可以加深受训人员对产业金融模式创新的理解,帮助他们提高实践操作能力,而且还可以刺激更多、更好的项目设计脱颖而出。
Due to the serious problems of “two separation” in the financial field,the talents are dear and rare,but the mediocre person is oversupplied. The mode creation of industrial finance not only stimulates the combination of industry and finance,but also renders financial personnel training mode transform from theoretical mode to mixed mode directed by practical operation. In order to help financial market accomplish the accumulation of human capital needed by the operation of practical projects,four optional practical projects are presented,namely project design of seeking investment objective,project design of investigating credit standing and respectability of banking clients,project design of examining and verifying operation in the process of IPO, and project design of efficacy evaluation on mode creation of industrial finance. Such projects not only help the educated people profoundly understand the creation modes of industrial finance and upgrade their ability of practical operation,but also encourage better projects burst out.
