摘要
目的:探讨护患沟通竞赛在优质护理服务工作中实施的价值与意义。方法:对全院护士进行护患沟通意义、护患沟通技巧、护患沟通形式等内容的培训,并公布了护患沟通竞赛方案,建立护理三级质控监督机制,将护患沟通落到护理工作实处。结果:开展护理沟通竞赛后,提高了患者满意度,提高了护理工作质量,提高了综合素质和业务能力,营造科室团结协作的工作氛围。结论:护患沟通竞赛对"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的开展起到了重要作用,取得了满意效果。
Objective:The goal discussion "protects the trouble communication competition" the value and the significance which in the work implements in "the high quality nursing service".Methods:Carried on to the entire courtyard nurse-patient communication significance,protects the trouble communication skill,protects contents and so on trouble communication form to carry on training,and announced "has protected the trouble communication competition" the plan,established nurses three levels of natures to control the surveillance mechanism,will protect the trouble communication to fall to the nursing work tangible.Results:The nurse-patient communication competition,improved the nursing work quality,enhanced the patient degree of satisfaction,improved the synthesis quality and professional ability,builds the administrative offices unity cooperation the work atmosphere.Conclusion:Protected the trouble communication competition to "the high-quality nursing service demonstration project" the active development vital role,has obtained the satisfactory effect.
