摘要
目的：探讨皮硝外敷治疗癌性腹水的效果.方法：选择我科2012年5月～2013年5月癌性腹水患者31例,对其采用皮硝外敷治疗,观察患者的疗效.结果：本组31例患者经皮硝外敷后显效3例,有效22例,无效6例,总有效率为80.65％.结论：皮硝外敷对改善癌性腹水有一定的疗效,且无不良反应发生.
Objective：To observe the effect of the Chinese medicine Pixiao applied to umbilical region in the treatment of malignant ascites.Methods：31 inpatients with malignant ascites were selected from May 2012 to May 2013,they were treated with the Pixiao-paste,observed the patients＇ curative effect.Results：3 cases had much effect,22 cases had effect,6 cases no effect,the effective rate was 80.65 ％.Conclusion：The Pixiao-paste paved on the umbilicus had effect on the malignant ascites.
