摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法:对直肠癌患者手术中常见并发症确定护理问题,进行循证护理。结果:根据循证采取有效的护理措施,减少了并发症的发生。结论:循证护理是具有科学依据的护理实证,用来指导解决临床实际问题,能减少护理的盲目性,增加安全性,为患者提供最有效的护理,是提高护理水平的有力证据。
Objective：To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in operation of rectal cancer.Methods：Confirmed the nursing problem for patients with rectal cancer surgery,and conducted evidence-based nursing.Result：Took effective nursing measures according to the evidence-based nursing,reduced the occurrence of complications.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing is scientific basis,used to guide to solve clinical problems,can reduce the blindness of care,increased security,to provide the most effective nursing for patients,improve nursing level of evidence.
