摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜肝切除术的围手术期护理。方法:回顾性分析我院18例行腹腔镜肝切除术病人的围手术期护理资料,包括手术前后护理及出院后指导。结果:18例病人均在腹腔镜下成功完成肝切除术,且在精心护理下康复出院。结论:腹腔镜肝切除术具有手术创伤小、切口恢复快、住院时间短等优点,通过加强围手术期的观察护理,可减少并发症的发生,促进病人早日康复出院。
Objective：To evaluate perioperative nursing of laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods：The perioperative nursing data of 18 patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,including preoperative nursing,postperative nursing and guidance after discharge.Results：Laparoscopic hepatectomy were successfully completed on 18 patients and all the patients recovered under intensive nursing.Conclusion：Laparoscopic hepatectomy has the advantages of less surgical trauma,faster recovery and shorter hospital stay.We can reduce the incidence of complications,and promote early recovery of patients through strengthening the perioperative observation and nursing.
